Data Source Mode Gene ID Signal Threshold


All data presented here is RNA-seq data consisting of 51-bp single-ended reads from the Illumina HiSeq2000 instrument. Mapping was against the F. vesca genome assembly v2.0a. The data from the fruit stages is from Kang et al., 2013. The flower stage data is from Hollender et al., 2014. All stage numbering follows Hollender et al., 2012. The data in "Green vs White" is from Liu Lab, unpublished data. The eFP tool itself is based on the software from University of Toronto (Winter et al., 2007), with some small modifications.
